à  1 high-quality industrial PC for high data throughput and 365-24/7 operation within 3 years (7-year availability guarantee for spare parts, manufacturer's on-site warranty). Immediate free replacement of the PC in case of a defect.

à  Free replacement of the PC in case of irreparable defects or to bridge repair times longer than 1 day

à  One service visit per year (maintenance and calibration)

à  Free software updates for OCA software

à  Payment of the annual sum at the beginning of the term

à  For industrial PC: Delivery of the PC / the software immediately after the start of the term

à  Duration reduced to one year:25 % surcharge

à  Second device at the same location (applies across generations): 30% discount

à  Each additional device (from third device) at the location (applies across generations):
50% discount
