These cylinders made of 20MnCr5 are specially developed for transmission fluid performance tests. Thanks to the spherical grinding and precise roughness values, they offer excellent conditions for carrying out performance screenings in gearboxes and other mechanical applications.

The case-hardened surface and high hardness of HRC 60 guarantee high wear resistance and enable accurate and repeatable results in demanding tests. These cylinders also offer a precise contact length of 4.0 mm, making them ideal for tribological testing under realistic operating conditions.
